ATTENTION: Care3 Android App Issues

Dear Care3 Android Users,

We are having an issue updating our Android mobile app. On Friday, October 26, 2024, the Care3 Android app may no longer be accessible on your mobile phone or in the Google Play store (there is no issue with iPhone app access). We are working with Google to resolve this issue. 

What To Do

If you are unable to access the Care3 app on your phone, you may log in on your device or computer via the Care3 website.

  1. Go to www.care3.co on your web browser

  2. Tap the “three dots” menu in the upper right corner and select “Log In”

  3. Log In using your username/email and password 

Note, you may have to turn your phone to landscape to view the full screen. You can always log in on your computer as well for the best experience.


We apologize for the inconvenience and will resolve this issue with Google Play as soon as we can.
