Let’s Get Started!

Note: Make sure to allow Notifications on your mobile device.

The Care3 process has (predictably) 3 simple steps:

  • Post your health experiences (symptoms/events, measures, media, and more) to your Health Timeline.

  • Care3 converts your experiences into data so you can view trends and take action.

  • Share the data with doctors (and family) to give context in your discussions and receive ultra-personalized care.

Let’s go!

 
 

1. Add Experiences (prompted)

In the first 30 days, you will occasionally be prompted to post a symptom experience (stress, anxiety).

Tap “Enter Value” and choose your level (None/Mild/Moderate/Severe).

Tap “View Chart” to see your trends over time.

It’s that easy to learn the ebbs and flows of your symptoms.

 

2. The “Plus” Button (lower left)

The “+” button is the MOST IMPORTANT button in your Health Timeline.

Tap “+” to add any content anytime to post your experience.

Simply select which content (e.g., media, symptoms, events) and fill out the form. Choose from 100+ conditions, symptoms and events. Add pictures and video for deeper context. Repeat to see trends.

It’s simple—yet powerful.

3. Add Notes & Details

Context matters. Add Notes to any Action (action message, symptom, event, measure) by tapping on it in the Timeline.

Fill out the Notes field at the bottom and save.

Notes and Details are visible in the Timeline for Action Messages.

For Symptoms/Events and Measures you will see an “i” in the upper right to indicate more information.

4. Add & Describe Media

Adding media (photos, images, audio) provides proof of your experience.

Tap “+” to add the media and follow the prompts.

Once you’ve added the media, in the “message” box, describe the media with keywords to make it searchable (see image).

Describing media is VERY IMPORTANT. You will want to find it later.

5. Search & Filter

It’s easy to find previous content in your Timeline.

Use the Search and Filter features (in the upper right corner).

Search (magnifying glass icon) by Keyword/Phrase to find any content related to a particular subject (see image).

Filter (funnel icon) your Timeline by type of content to narrow your search.

Pro Tip: You can Search Filtered results and Filter Searched results.

6. Invite Your Care Team to Chat

Here’s how to invite others to your Care Team Chat. Get support from those you love.

Tap the “team” icon in the upper right (between Search and Filter).

Tap the “Add Member” icon in the lower left (see image).

Invite via Email OR phone number (email Recommended) and tap the “check mark” or “save” in the upper right.

Care3 will send an invite automatically. It’s easy!
