One of the founding objectives of Care3 is to help families with special needs children manage the healthcare, caregivers, and in-home support services necessary to maximize health of the child and the family members themselves. Our founder, David S. Williams III, has two special needs children who receive In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) in California.

We know it’s hard.

And we are here for you. Care3 is now offering technology-enabled services for families engaging in the Self-Determination Program (SDP) in California.

As a Care3 SDP Member we help you:

  2. Track Health Experiences like symptoms, medications and events to know what to focus on


  3. Share Your Results with doctors, therapists, family and others who make treatment decisions
