Care3 Adds Survey and Assessment Capabilities to Enterprise Suite

Assessment offering rounds out enterprise care planning service.

(Los Angeles, CA) – June 15, 2020 – Care3™ (www.care3.co), the leading care collaboration platform for healthcare delivered in the home and community, has launched new survey creation tools to enable assessments on platform. Multiple Care3 clients beta tested the new service by loading and scheduling multiple types of assessments including those administered by professionals and patient-reported instruments.

As part of testing the survey tools, Care3 created a custom COVID-19 survey on attitudes, readiness, and beliefs about the virus. With more than 500 responses, Care3 users indicated willingness to compromise on lockdown guidelines to improve community health while hoping the government would deliver on relief packages.

Care3 clients can also customize surveys to create a longitudinal view to measure program effectiveness. Taking a “before and after” approach to measuring outcomes has helped care programs improve effectiveness and accelerate needed changes.
